Shipping Options
We offer both UPS and FedEx shipping for all our products. Shipping options are offered on the shopping cart page (such as second-day air, etc.) at the time of checkout and you are free to choose your preference from the shipping menu.
Return Policy
Our return policy is a money back guarantee within 90 days from our date of shipping to you. This guarantee is a commitment from us that you will be satisfied with our product. If our product does not meet with your expectations you may return the unused portion within 90 days (you must pay the return shipping) and you will receive a refund of the amount of your purchase, but not for the shipping. Additionally, you must alert us via e-mail at returns@nanacea.com prior to shipping us your return so that an adjustment can be made for you.
