Read the FAQs if you have a question. If you can’t find your answer, email your question to casehistory@nanacea.com, then,
1) sign up in our NanaCea store as a customer,
2) log in,
3) look on the right sidebar menu and click on “Edit My Account Information”,
4) scroll down the middle column of the Account Edit Webpage and you will see a link to the CASE HISTORY option. Click on that link. This link will ask you to fax your blood tests to 916-293-3686 (attention CASE HISTORY) and will send us an email alerting us to look for your fax.
5) you will soon receive a validating email with approval for this program. After you have received this email and you go to the NanaCea Store you will be able to view the wholesale prices in the "Case History" Category on the left menu bar while you are in the NanaCea store.
6) Sign in and make your first purchase. You will go on a monthly "order assurance" program for the duration of time you are participating in the Case History Program.
FAQs
How can I enroll in this program if I don't have a computer or am not web savvy?
Call our 888-933-1007 number and a customer service person will assist you.
Do I have to commit to autoship?
No, there is no need to enroll in automatic shipment at this time. However, you must remember to order them each month. If you must stop the products for some reason we will hold your place in the program for a reasonable time. You remain in control.
Can I order other products at wholesale?
Yes, you have full access to all the products on the website. We encourage you to try Patty's recommended Core 5 group of products. However if you wish to use only one product, or your own group of products you are welcome to enroll in the Case History Program and we will monitor the changes in your blood values based on you taking your selection of products.
How often do you require me to send in a blood test?
Some individuals routinely have their blood values tested. These people are welcome to send in each test. If you are not on such a frequent testing program with your physician we would like to see your test as often as is convenient for you.
Which test is the best one to help you learn about my health?
Please fax us whichever lab tests are monitoring your health improvement.
How long will this offer last?
This program is limited in the number of participants, not by time, so enroll early while we still have openings.
